A hint of orange and vanilla make this sparkly refreshing soda taste great.
Use fresh squeezed orange juice or store bought bottled, either will work great with this recipe. Then put in a teaspoon of vanilla (just before consuming if it has alcohol) and enjoy this yummy and fizzy probiotic soda.
- 3 cups prepared water kefir
- 5 ounces orange juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Mix together the orange juice and water kefir.
- Seal in a tight lidded bottle at room temperature until fizz has built up to your liking.
- Refrigerate 4+ hours to chill.
- When you are ready to drink, add in the vanilla, mix to combine and serve.
