Who doesn’t love the combo of strawberries and bananas?
Grab some fresh (or frozen) strawberries, a ripe banana and in just the time it takes to blend the fruit together, you will have a wonderfully tasty milk kefir smoothie that you won’t want to share.
- 1½ cups prepared milk kefir
- 1 banana
- ½ cup of strawberries
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar or honey to taste
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Drink immediately or refrigerate for later.
