Ingredients
  1. 1 cup of prepared kefir
  2. ½ cup of old fashioned oats
Instructions
  1. Place oats and kefir into a jar or bowl.
  2. Cover with a lid and place in the refrigerator (or leave on the counter) for 8-12 hours.
Notes
  1. Refrigerating the oats will produce a less sour kefir oatmeal because it slows down the fermentation of the kefir but it is perfectly fine to leave this on the counter to soak.
